RETURN POLICY

At VONBROS, your business is very important to us and so we double check your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please let us know immediately. We will be happy to correct the problem.

If you're unsure as to the nature (scent, feel, quality, etc.) of the products, please take advantage of our trial or sampling sizes before purchasing full-sized products. If you have any question about what will work best for you, feel free to email info@vonbrosmensgrooming.com and we'll help you out right away!

In the event that our full sized products don't meet your satisfaction, please let us know, and we will try our best to rectify the problem.

SHIPPING

North America: Orders will be charged a flat rate of $10 CAD.

International: Unfortunately, at this time VONBROSMENSGROOMING.COM is unable to ship directly to locations outside Canada and the U.S. Please look at "WHERE TO BUY" to find stores that do ship internationally, like our Etsy store (VONBROSMensGrooming).

Parcels will be shipped Express Post or Expedited Parcel, (Canada Post).

ORDERING AND PAYMENT METHOD

VONBROSMENSGROOMING.COM accepts orders through the website, or by phone: 1-204-794-1686.

Secure online payments may be made through major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Be advised, processing time does not include transit time. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed (to the email address you provide with your order) via Canada Post once the order has shipped. Not all orders will receive a tracking number - for example, when ordering samples, the order will be shipped by envelope with no tracking number.
